The water’s of Bear Creek were on the rise in Warwick Tuesday afternoon. The St. Clair Region Conservation Authority has issued a flood watch for the next couple of days due to the rain and snow melt. The conservation authority expects the Sydenham River and its tributaries, such as Bear Creek, to swell over the banks. Several roads in St. Clair and Enniskillen Townships may be flooded in low lying areas. The flood concern is expected to subside on Thursday when temperatures dip and it begins to snow.
