Police say death of man at US/Canada Tunnel not murder

Sarnia Police say a man found dead at the US/Canada Tunnel was not murdered.

The body of the 25-30 year old man was found near the rail tunnel on the CN Rail yard Monday afternoon. Police asked the public to help identify the man and members of the Emergency Response Team searched the rail yard hoping to find clues to identify the man and the circumstances around his death. The public helped to identify the man and an autopsy was completed today.

The results of that, police say, show foul play was not suspected in his death.

Police won’t be releasing his name until his family is notified.
